My present research interests are around several conceptual issues involving organization theory and global dynamics. This work, of more than a decade, is almost entirely done in collaboration with Sheila R. Chakrabarti, my wife. We hope that these and related inquiries would contribute to the theoretical enterprise towards what Oliver Williamson calls "a science of organization." We also hope that such work may help generate creative design options for organizations and other social systems - towards the ever-green dream of a humane and thriving humanity.
